Dates use the PDF format: D:YYYYMMDDHHmmSS+HH'mm', e.g. D:20260718120000+03'00'. Unicode (Cyrillic, etc.) is preserved automatically (UTF-16).

The name only affects the file name. It does not affect the PDF content or metadata — the document bytes are identical for any name. The .pdf extension is added automatically.
